Title: Performance Test Engineer
Location: Portland, OR
Duration: 6 Month

NOTE: !!Must Need EAD-GC,GC or USC!!

Senior Performance Test Engineer will support our client team with
Performance testing objectives:
.Must be familiar with standard software development and quality processes,
methodologies, and tools
.Must have a proven track record of very high technical competence, which
includes strong coding, scripting skills, Technical leadership, and ability
to mentor others.
.They will develop high quality detailed test strategy, test plans, results
artifacts, identify and create detailed performance test cases, test
scripts that map to appropriate requirements and design specifications.
.The engineer will be responsible for developing and executing extensive
application performance tests and analyzingperformance of Infrastructure
stack and applications.
.Must have experience in optimizing web, desktop and batch applications
.An individual with a strong background in performance testing and
analyzing multi-tier applications, and web applications is well suited for
this position.
.Knowledge of multiple application infrastructures and strong communication
skills are required for this position.
.Must be able to be interact with client and representat HPE positively.
.Tester will work with technical team but will have reasonable know of:
.Writing SQL queries; - Instrumenting code.
.Support standard 8 hour workday. May require some non-standard business
hours for execution periods based on test system availability. Hours will
be clarified and established during startup and planning phase.

Qualifications:
•8+ years’ experience in the performance testing and engineering discipline
•6+ years’ experience with performance and profiling tools (Visual Studio,
SQL Server Profiler, Visual Studio Profiler, Microsoft Web Performance and
Load Test, ANTS profiler, Other profiling tools and load simulation tools )
•6+ years’ experience with HP tools such as ALM, LoadRunner, QTP is a plus
•6+ years’ experience with various monitoring technologies (SiteScope, BMC,
Perfmon, Opnet, Tivoli)
•4+ years experience with following:
.Platforms: .Net, SQL Server, IIS, Windows Server, Citrix
.Languages: TSQL, XML
•Proven ability to perform profile/baseline, load and stress testing
•Proven ability to drill down into results and complete deep dive root
cause analysis
•Proven experience and best practices in requirements management, test case
development, test analysis and reporting results
