Leveraging your strong background in software development, you will be responsible for driving completion of various client-specific MeF projects through all phases of the SDLC. Working closely with consulting and technical resources your tasks may include architectural design, code development and review, problem identification and resolution, risk mitigation, and the supervision, training and coaching of junior team members. You may also be asked to participate and/or lead additional design and development activities during the system implementation process. This is a client-facing position requiring strong communication, problem-solving and influencing skills and the ability to provide vision and leadership in matters of key software development initiatives.
