*Please send resume to **s...@cncconsulting.com <s...@cncconsulting.com>* Job Title: QA Lead Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 6 months Direct Client Position Client: State of GA Note: Need 1 reference Functional knowledge of Enterprise applications (ERP knowledge a plus) QA consultant will be paired with BA to write test cases, conduct testing, and apply overall QA rigor and execution throughout project lifecycles Create test strategies and execute those strategies and plans for various projects Ability to bring process, structure, and methodology recommendations to the client or organization and have the ability to implement and execute those recommendations Review project requirements and design specifications. Create and write test plans, develop manual test cases & scripts, and execute testing manually. Ensure test environments are set-up, properly configured, and available for each project as scheduled. Identify required test data. Provide defect documentation, tracking and reporting; investigate and fully characterize test failures; ensure that bugs are entered with adequate information to reproduce the problem. Manage and report test coverage as it relates to project risk. Use standard test methodology to develop and execute software test plans including system, regression, performance, and stress testing for new products and product enhancements. Participate in formal documentation reviews for functional and technical specifications. Maintain test logs and document test results, report on results, and analyze the results. Assess and revise test plans and cases based upon test results and or changes in requirements or design of application. Assess system readiness and identify deviation of application performance based on test results and application requirements. Assist in evaluation and recommendation of tools and techniques to improve software quality and efficiency of test processes. Evaluate test results to determine compliance with test plans and business processes. Follows up on problem resolution management.
