Job Title Tibco developer Experience Level Mid level Location Plano TX Start Date ASAP Duration 12+ months Pay Rate Open as of now No. Of Positions 1 Job Description: This integration developer role is part of the e-Commerce and Integration Team within PepsiCo’s IT function, BIS. The role will report through the manager of integration development. The primary purpose of the role is to develop integration solutions using technologies centered around TIBCO (Business Works, EMS) as well as Java based utilities/functions. Key Reponsibilities: • Design / Build /Test of integration solutions including adapter development, transformation, validation rules, database interaction, etc… • Work with application teams to build implementations to meet the needs of their projects • Ensure services get created according to the standard PepsiCo design practices and standards. • Provide 2nd level deep functional support to the individual service implementations. After hour or weekend support may be required at times. • Assist in identifying and designing new patterns and capabilities. • Engage with other BIS teams such as web hosting, legacy, UNIX, and data teams to deliver quality solutions on-time and within budget. • Develop crisp documentation that defines the design and usage of the components developed and responsible for turnover to support function. • Responsible for the development of quality, supportable code with minimal defects. Qualifications (experience required): • Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years experience with integration tool technologies including 1 year with TIBCO technologies, especially including BusinessWorks, EMS, and Hawk. Prefer additional skills in iProcess and Business Events, CobolCopy Book plug-in, and Mainframe substation • Competency in Java, scripting languages and database technologies • Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and implementation approaches.
