Role Description: Sr. HCM Consultant / Architect Start Date: July 5, 2016
End Date: October 31, 2016 Role Location: Washington, DC *Responsibilities:* · Customer has just implemented HR and required a senior HCM Consultant to support the HCM Solution. · Consultant should be able to understand the business process and provide full guidance and support the system with the help of support consultants. A thorough understanding of different HR modules integration knowledge (high focus on Payroll and Performance / goal management) is required. · Consultant should be able to also help the customer for the implementation of Merit pay process and integration with PBC (Position budget control). *Required Skills:* · At least 2 full life cycle implementations on SAP HCM Compensation module. · At least one SuccessFactors Compensation module implementation (will consider consultants with SuccessFactors Compensation module certification and prior SAP HCM Compensation module implementation experience) · Good understanding of Merit pay / performance bonus pay for Union and non-union employees. · Good understanding of integration aspects with Performance review process and Payroll. · Implementation / thorough knowledge of HCM USA Payroll is a plus. · Understanding of PBC (Position Budget Control) and integration with HCM is a plus. · Good communication and client facing interaction skills are mandatory. -- Thanks & Regards Devaraj IT Recruiter Osair Technologies LLC | Desk: 703-349-2825 deva...@osairtech.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
