*SCOPE OF WORK:*
The Contractor shall provide one SAP ISU-CCS / CRM Technical Developer
resource to enhance/develop solutions in support of the following CLIENT
projects and to assist with the resolution of technical challenges that may
arise during the development, testing, and post-implementation
stabilization processes:
- My Energy Tools
- Demand Side Management (DSM) Wave III
- SAP AMI Meter Data Unification Systems
- Payment Standardization
- SAP System Enhancements
- Customer Services Production Support and IT Service Requests
The developer will be expected to adhere to established development
standards, participate in technical design and code review discussions,
complete technical documentation, and transition development solutions to
CLIENT staff. In addition to excellent CRM/ABAP technical skills, the
developer will need strong communication skills and analytical ability to
work effectively with the various CLIENT and consulting members who make up
the project team.
*Mandatory Requirements: *
**Note: Candidates not meeting these requirements will not be considered.*
1. 4+ years of recent hands-on ISU-CCS/CRM technical developer experience,
preferably in ECC 6.0 / CRM 6.0
2. 2+ years of recent hands-on developer experience in working with the
CRM Data Model, Interaction Center, CRM Web UI and CRM Middleware
3. 2+ years of recent hands-on BRF/BRF+ development experience
4. Recent hands-on SAP Demand Side Management developer experience.
*Technical Requirements *
Proposed contractor must have:
- Overall ABAP experience, Dynpro (dialog) programming, ABAP reports
development, creating ABAP web services, ABAP object experience, SAP Script
development
- Sound knowledge of the SAP standard API's and Enhancement Framework
- Strong ABAP/CRM debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization
skills
- Strong Object-Oriented ABAP and Web Dynpro technical skills
covering all the areas of RICEFW
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed
technical design specifications.
- Work experience with electric utility organizations similar in
size and scope to CLIENT.
*Desirable Qualifications*
- Experience using Web Services
*Assumptions *
- It is expected that the contractor will be available onsite for
meetings and to facilitate the gathering of requirements, documentation,
etc.
- Contractor will be able to work offsite as project work allows and
contractor will be responsible for providing their own workstation and
software when working offsite.
- Rates provided for this contractor will be all inclusive and should
be equal to or less than the rates stated in vendor contract with CLIENT.
*CLIENT Responsibilities *
- CLIENT will provide a hotel workstation while on site
- CLIENT staff will participate part time as needed from both within
I.T. and within the business
