In some cases, logic in SQL statements will need to be moved into the PHP script in order to work with data from two different database connections. Refactor existing PHP 5.3.2 applications to work in PHP 5.5.34. Will be required to identify obsolete & deprecated functionality (from a PHP 5.5.34 perspective) within existing scripts, and update to current standards (or future standards if known & possible. i.e. PHP5.6/PHP7).
