   above.

*Communication*

   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

   - Experience documenting detail design specifications and adherence to
   methodology

*Key skills:*

*Competencies/Skills:*

   - Possess strong PeopleSoft functional knowledge with a focused
   perspective on business functions.
   - Possess a PeopleSoft technical background – will not develop but must
   have background with PeopleSoft technologies including Application
   Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration technologies, etc.
   - Strong reporting background including nVision, Query, SQL BI
   Publisher. Be hands on as necessary in development and modification of
   reports.
   - Prior Functional Lead experience on PeopleSoft  Application and Tools
   Upgrade projects
   - Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple IT teams on
   project work and issue resolution
   - Operate as a primary point of contact with business areas
   - Thorough understanding of the entire Software Development Lifecycle
   (SDLC)
   - Experience with integrating and supporting other vendor packages and
   SaaS implementations highly desirable.
   - Experience in creating business requirement documents and functional
   specifications
   - Strong problem solving skills

 *Project Management*

   - 2 years experience managing small to midsize projects
   - Familiarity and ability to apply Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM)
   methodologies.

   - BA or BS in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting or related work
   experience

Description:

 *Description*

 The COMPANY Corporate Business Technology Solutions group is responsible
for implementation and support of a range of enterprise-wide solutions,
principally package and SaaS applications. This position is for a
PeopleSoft functional lead closely collaborating with the PeopleSoft
technology lead and business community in support of PeopleSoft financials
and potentially other related systems.

The candidate will primarily focus on PeopleSoft Financials modules – *Accounts
Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management, Purchasing and eProcurement.*
The candidate must have significant experience in complex PeopleSoft
environments and working with a blend of staff, consultants, and
outsourcing providers. Must be a functional subject matter expert with
three or more of the relevant modules with a preference for General Ledger,
Accounts Payable, and eProcurement as well as a good PeopleSoft technical
foundational background. The candidate will be involved in full lifecycle
support including production support, enhancements, upgrades,
configuration, fit/gap, and new modules.

*Major Opportunities and Decisions:*

They will have opportunities to learn new skills, evaluate new
technologies, recommend automation improvements and take on additional
leadership opportunities. A key focus will be streamlining the various
processes within the business and systems they support. Evaluate and
provide recommendations to make processes better where feasible.

*Duties and Responsibilities:*

   - Lead small to mid-size implementation and enhancement projects
   - Perform as Business Analyst and subject matter expert (SME) with
   identified PeopleSoft modules
   - Gather requirements – lead discovery efforts
   - Support clients in their testing of applications
   - Provide and/or support of user training
   - Conduct system testing of changes/fixes/enhancements of applications
   supported
   - Troubleshooting of noted applications providing production support
   - Develop and update operating procedures
   - Participate in analysis and implementation of patches and upgrades
   - Participate in all audit and governance activities
   - Ensure assignments are completed with highest quality and within
   Service Level Agreement
   - Support vendor integrations such as vendor punch-outs, sales tax
   computations, e-invoicing solutions.
   - Potential to expand to other related areas such as Hyperion Essbase

The above description includes most significant duties performed.  However,
other occasional work assignments not mentioned are assumed to be
