Need candidate’s salary history for their last 3 jobs and reasons for leaving. NOTES on the position and candidate we are looking for: Candidates who have had direct and detailed hands on experience with system development projects in the healthcare or customer service space. Who can speak to the business and IT aspects of the development lifecycle and key theme such as Needing to work with the business to understand the needs, the context of their needs (e.g. I need to be able to process 40 applications in one hour via an online application) and with the technical team to understand how technology platforms operate (e.g. Pega, mid tier, etc) and how the candidate was able to marry the two in order to communicate all of the impacted areas needing to provide input in order to ensure a successful deliverable. Understanding of business architecture themes such as value streams and capabilities (not just the words, how and when they apply) Software and practices hands on experience like Accelare, WorkFit and TOGAF to build business architecture blue prints This is the first Business Architect position within . The team consists of 3 right now (title changes) and will grow to 9 by 2018. Candidate will collaborate with NDT and Professional Services to determine scope of project or implementation across multiple system areas.. Educate and articulate impact assessments.
