*DURATION: 9 months*



*SCOPE OF WORK:*

CLIENT is seeking SAP ISU-CCS / CRM Technical Developer who should be able
to enhance/develop solutions in support of the following CLIENT projects
and assist with the resolution of technical challenges that may arise
during the development, testing, and post implementation stabilization
processes:

·         My Energy Tools

·         Demand Side Management (DSM) Wave III

·         SAP AMI Meter Data Unification Systems

·         Payment Standardization

·         SAP System Enhancements

·         Customer Services Production Support and IT Service Requests

The contractor is also expected to work with individuals from CLIENT’s IT
team and Customer Solutions Business Unit and support the following areas:

·         Support existing CRM DSM functionality end-to-end (Self-service,
CRM, and BW reports and dashboards).

·         Implement CRM Demand Side Management Change requests.

·         Create end-to-end test scripts for CRM Demand Side Management
implemented functionality (self-service through Convergent Invoicing)

·         Complete year end Sap patch testing and defect resolution.

·         Provide production support for CR’s that are implemented and
previously deployed DSM releases.

·         Provide production support for the Customer Projects as
needed-ex: My Energy Tools, Payment Standardization, and etc.

·         Provide Project support for the Customer Projects as needed.



*Mandatory Requirements: *

**Note: Candidates not meeting these requirements will not be considered.*

1.    4+ years of recent hands-on ISU-CCS/CRM technical developer
experience, preferably in ECC 7.4 / CRM 7.4.

2.    4+ years of recent hands-on developer experience in working with the
CRM Data Model, Interaction Center, CRM Web UI and CRM Middleware.

3.    1+ years of recent hands-on BRF/BRF+ development experience.

4.    1+ years of recent hands-on SAP Demand Side Management developer
experience.

5.    Work experience with electric utility organizations similar in size
and scope to CLIENT.

6.    Excellent written and communication skills are required.



*Technical Requirements*

·         Ability to configure complex Customer Programs in an electric
utility using SAP CRM Demand Side Management module.



*Desirable Qualifications *

·         Detailed knowledge of SAP IS-U FICA, and experience with
implementing complex FICA solutions.

·         Experience integrating CRM DSM business role with CRM Utilities
IC Agent business role.

·         Experience leveraging documentum to be the document repository
for DSM attached documents.
