Do not send if not available to convert eventually.* Lead BA Analyst for the Business Analysis team in our eCommerce and Mobile Technologies IT division. Under the direction of the Senior Manager, this role will provide leadership and supervision to a group who is responsible for developing, documenting and driving user-defined business requirements which support the strategic objectives of the Corporation. This role also provides an effective liaison between the business departments, various IT departments, as well as, external vendors providing IT related services. As a lead for the team you must have experience in the following: „h Provide supervision and guidance to the business analysis staff. „h Overseeing the collection and analysis of the project¡¦s business requirements. Track delivery completeness and provide reporting regularly on delivery progress. „h Enforce the standards of all project related artifacts including, but not limited to, business and functional requirement specification documents, user interface guides, use case specification, business and system process flows. Mentor and lead other BAs to continuously improve the quality of BA deliverables. „h Monitor day-to-day activity and review requirements under development to ensure standards are being followed with an eye towards quality. Ensure that requirement specification documents created by BAs are accurate and detailed, including user interface guides, and functional requirement documents. „h Provide oversight for BA usage of our Application Lifecycle Management system to ensure that all FRDs, user stories and other artifacts for a given project are properly created and maintained according to established standards. „h Review all artifacts created by BAs before presentation to larger team, editing and revising for proper format, consistency and completeness. „h Actively pursue timely issue resolution. „h Ability to communicate effectively with external business partners and internal teams to oversee the delivery of project requirements. „h Determine feasibility, time required and compatibility with current systems/business processes on all new inbound requests. „h Participate in project planning, working with Project Managers, Architecture, Development and Testing areas to facilitate user story writing estimation and provide input to the prioritization of stories for development. „h Work with peer technology teams to facilitate knowledge transfer from area-specific SMEs to BAs „h Participate and coach during Agile activity meetings, including Scrum, Backlog Grooming and Sprint Planning to help identify risks and impediments, escalating as necessary to appropriate leadership. „h Stay up-to-date on the latest business analysis techniques and make recommendations for change to the Business Analysis processes. MUSTS: h 5+ year¡¦s experience in business analysis, requirements definitions, business architecture and process modeling minimum. 2+ years leading a team. „h 3+ years Retail experience required. „h Experience in eCommerce Systems required. Mobile and ATG experience is a plus. „h Bachelor¡¦s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution. Master¡¦s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
