Two (2) engagements/projects lasting more than six (6) months each in the role of a Lead Business Analyst Skills Required ? *Experience working with a State Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS)* *? Experience with health care eligibility and/or health care claims* *? Experience moving from mainframe to web-based technologies* *? Experience with Human Services Systems (County, State or Federal)* ? Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or technology *? Experience writing Use Case documentation* *? Experience using Agile/Waterfall methodologies* ?
