*Need Dynamics AX Developer* Dynamics AX Developer NYC Area 6-12 month contract Job Description The AX Developer primary scope is to provide technical assistance to the ERP team in extending and support Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP as well as other .net applications. With the supporting of the business applications team, the AX Developer plays a major role in the evolution of the application: creation of user and application interfaces, automation of tasks, development/evolution and roll out of tools supporting the business needs, maintenance of the existing or required infrastructure. Duties Support Dynamics AX2009/2012 from a technical perspective: system admin, service pack roll-ups, Address possible technical issues during the design process of global implementation Write technical specifications, communicate technical specs to developers Write customized integrations between various business applications and Dynamics AX Write test scenarios and cases and perform testing Perform production migration using datasets. Train users on customized ERP solution. Provide excellent customer interface skills throughout the entire process. Position Requirements Successful full life-cycle Tier 1 ERP implementations required with at least one of the following: Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle Financials, JD Edwards, SAP, Peoplesoft, IFS, or Intentia. Object-oriented programming with experience in at least one of the following: C#, VB.NET, C++, Objective C, or Java. Experience writing technical specs based on business requirements analysis. Proficiency in object-oriented programming and writing SQL stored procedures. Experience writing test scenarios and cases. Production migration experience using datasets. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Strong competency in MS Office Suite and other consulting tools. Candidate should be authorized to work in the United States.
