Required experience (minimum 1 year) as Business Analyst in software development - web/mobile application, familiarity with agile practices. This work involves owning business relationships to come to a detailed understanding of, document, and shepherd business stakeholder needs for a transformational web and mobile project with deliverable artifacts such as requirements lists, functional specification documents, sequence diagrams, and system interaction mapping. Position will be evaluated with option to hire, potential lead role based on performance. Candidate must be detail oriented and fact based. Preferred experience instituting or upholding process in a previous project, familiar with sourcing, understanding, and documenting BOTH business and system level requirements. Must be comfortable with iterative development and experienced in facilitating cross functional meetings to drive decisions and work product. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
