*Title:- Sales force Training Developer*

*Location:- Houston, TX*

*Duration : Long Term*

The Training Developer is responsible for designing and developing training
in order to bridge gaps between end-user skills and the desired training
outcome.  The Training Developer assists the Training Manager in assessing
end-user training needs and designing end-user training accordingly.

*Instructional Design (print and online):*

   - Designs training plans and curricula requiring a blend of instructor
   led, expert led, and e-learning methodologies.
      - Analyze SALESFORCE security access and conduct role to job mappings
      to develop role based curricula
      - Develop SALESFORCE job to course mappings based on organizational
      structure
      - Analyze SALESFORCE end to end cross functional impacts on
      curriculum
   - Works with Client leaders in business, as well as functional and
   technical SMEs to understand training needs, requirements, and
   recommendations
      - Analyze current (as is) and future (to be) state SALESFORCE
      business process diagrams (L2 to L5 levels).
      - Review Stakeholder Analysis and Change impacts
      - Understand and document task and activity level changes within
      SALESFORCE processes
   - Design and develop  process-based technical training using sound
   instructional design methodology (detailed job/task analysis, learning
   objectives, assessments and evaluations, etc.

*Content Development (print and online):*

·         Analyze and Create role-based business process diagrams for
functional and end to end SALESFORCE processes

·         Develop training documentation (print) to support defined
*role-based* training need

o   Training Manuals (Instructor and Participant versions)

o   Instructor Lesson Guides

o   Identify and assist in the build of  required training data sets

o   Assist with identifying proper security access for SALESFORCE training
IDs

o   Data Sheets and Exercise Guides

o   Quick Reference Guides, Job Aids and other performance support tools

o   Tests/Assessments

o   Evaluation instruments

·         Create interactive, engaging online instruction for role based
training

·         Develop context-sensitive simulations and tutorials using various
software tools



*Training Standards and Support (print and online):*

   - Assists in the development, communication and governance of training
   standards and methodologies
   - Assists the Training Manager in defining SALESFORCE training
   environment requirements
   - Tracks and monitors training completion; follows-up and takes
   corrective action as necessary
   - Monitors training effectiveness; makes improvement recommendations and
   follows-up as appropriate
   - Generates reports on training related metrics



*Desired Skills & Experience:*

·         3-5 years minimum experience in developing and maintaining
(SALESFORCE  preferred)  training course curriculums and end-user training
material on large, complex ERP implementation projects

·         2+ years’ experience developing eLearning modules using tools
such as Adobe Presenter, Adobe Captivate, Ancile Productivity Pak eLearning
module

·         Excellent instructional techniques and facilitation skills

·         Significant functional experience with an Sales force training
environment

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and
presentation skills

·         Proficient in collaboration and virtual classroom tools such as
Centra, and Adobe Connect

·         Proficient in developing training materials with Ancile u
Perform, Xyleme ,Resite or  similar tool

·         Advanced proficiency with MS Power Point skills
