*WebMethods Developer* Montgomery, Alabama 2+ Years Contract *I can consider ONLY EAD GC, GC or USC* *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Duties: - Works on large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and possesses knowledge in a specific business area. - Develops, maintains, and supports Webmethods environments for the CARES Project. - Gathers and analyzes requirements. - Works on one or more projects as a project team member or project leader. - Requires full proficiency in Webmethods flow language, SQL, and other technologies as identified by the development manager. - Proficiency in Webmethods Administration desirable. Deliverables: - Webmethods solutions as assigned by the Development Manager and Project Manager - Testing functionality - Documentation of developed code and functionality - Status updates as requested by the Project Manager and Development Manager *QUALIFICATIONS:* *Skills, Knowledge and Experience:* - Experience with State Government, Medicaid, CHIP and DHR business area or healthcare industry - Six years of experience with Webmethods functional development - Experience with project development methodology and able to apply methodology in a practical manner - Working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Process knowledge and experience with Agile software projects - Ability to document code and functionality. *EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:* The WebMethods Developer provided shall, at a minimum, meet the following requirements and/or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience: *Formal Education Requirements: * ∙Master’s Degree from an accredited college or University in an appropriate technical degree program and at least four (4) years of applicable technical experience, or; ∙Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or University in an appropriate technical degree program and at least six (6) years of applicable technical experience. *ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* - Ability to communicate clearly via written and spoken word to multiple stakeholders including peers, mid-level and senior leadership. - Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested. *LANGUAGE SKILLS:* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the English language.
