*Position : COGNOS BI Developer* *Location : White Plains, NY * *Duration : 6+ Months* *Need EAD GC, GC, USC* *Key Responsibilities:* Design, build, own, and manage BI technologies used by business teams at Heineken USA (“HUSA”). · Responsibilities include Cognos, SAP, QlikSense, SPSS, and Power BI. · Ensure compliance with global BI Standards and collaborate with global team to implement standards within HUSA · Build, own, and enforce BI best practices, data processes, and controls to ensure optimal data quality and accurate data in respective BI systems. · Identify functional owners for all BI systems elements. ·Define and communicate roles and responsibilities to functional owners. · Establish effective Ways of Working with BI functional owners and support them from a technical point of view. · Lead BI tools research and technical market research. · Lead cross-functional efforts to perform technical impact analysis and “As is – To be” analysis. · Act as the technical SME for BI development work done by the BI team. · Performs hand-on development work for business team not supported by the BI team. Currently the work load requires hand on Cognos development skills. · Collaborate with Data Warehouse Manager, Planning Manager, and Master Data Manager to perform continuous Improvement towards various BI systems. · Act as a SME for BI reporting best practices. Advise and train functional owners on BI matters. · Act as a liaison between HUSA business and Heineken Global BI Stakeholders.
