Here are the details: *Job Title: *Mobile QA Automation tester *Interview *Mode: Phone First, Onsite F2F Mandatory *Location: *Long Beach, CA *Contract Terms: *6 Months Plus extension Notes About The Opportunity – Most important skills required per the hiring manager is XCode and Swift. Role / Position – Mobile Software Design Engineer in Test Responsibilities - Develop effective test strategies. - Develop and build unit tests in Swift/Xcode. - Use Xcode testing tools to automate UI and functional tests. - Facilitate integrated builds with unit testing. - Write automated tests for REST services - Work with development teams to develop a testing culture. Drive adoption of unit testing, metrics to monitor code coverage, bug prevention strategies, and other quality measures. - Demonstrate intuition and knowledge about how to break software by finding bugs, and apply this knowledge with measurable result, impacting the quality of the product. Minimum qualifications - BA/BS degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience developing test automation for iOS (and/or Android apps). - Good coding skills in programming languages - Swift, Java, C#, Python - Prior experience testing native iOS and Android apps; hand-on with simulators - Proficient with agile methodology Preferred Qualifications - MA/MS in Computer Science - 5 years working as Developer / Test Engineer - Experience with some automation tools and frameworks like - SeeTest, Appium, Selenium, etc. - Tools and IDEs - JIRA, TFS, Git, Jenkins, Xcode, Android Studio, Visual Studio - Analytics or mBaaS experience, preferably with Google Analytics and Google Firebase - Understanding of web services, REST APIs, databases - Experience working with enterprises / large organizations Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
