Responsibilities: Manage and control the work plan Secure the CONA configuration Support in test cycle, training and application support The candidate must be an SAP specialist in: Success Factors LMS: Configuration, connectors, pick lists, I content, permissions, etc. Performance Management: Configuration of Goal settings, Performance Improvements Plans (PIP), rating scales, etc. Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and recruitment marketing. SAP Employee field mapping. Experience in SAP HCM and SF integration. Experience in direct Success Factors implementations working with functional leaders.
