*MUST BE GC OR US CITIZEN* *Rate: $40 on C2C MAX* Project Description The project scope includes upgrades to eCitation and NCAWARE applications, to reduce the paperwork and paper processes for Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs), Magistrates, and the court system by providing LEOs with the ability to electronically transition from a nonarrestable violation to arrestable processes in the field. Arrest processes will be electronically available in NCAWARE for the Magistrate to manage. The project encompasses analysis, design, development, testing and implementation activities. Description of Work This position serves as a Junior Systems Analyst and performs systems analysis, design, creation of test plans, testing and documentation for the eCitation and NCAWARE applications. This position must interact with analysis, development,testing, and project management staff assigned to the team. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form, and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships within and outside the project team. Responsibilities will include the following: • Analysis of existing system components • Review and documentation of requirements, use cases, and designs • Development and execution of test plans • Development of documentation and communications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required skills: Web application analysis and design including ability to fully document requirements and testing. Testing of large, complex systems. Good communication skills. Desired Skills: HTML, Section 508 compliance Training and Experience Two years of progressive systems analyst experience working with large-scale, complex online systems.
