Position : PeopleSoft HCM Location : Chicago, IL Duration : 6+Months The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma from a recognized university, college, or technical school in computer science with a *minimum of 10- 14 years of experience* working with PeopleSoft HCM modules: Human Resources, e-Benefits, Benefits, Ben Admin, NA Payroll. The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate will also be proficient with People Tools 8.53 or above and have knowledge of: PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Package, PS Query, SQL, SQR Reporting, Component Interfaces, Workflow and Data Mover. Experience in the following areas will be considered an asset: • Experience with Application version 9.1 or above. • Working knowledge of Tools release 8.53 or above. • Experience with Integration Broker, XML Publisher, Oracle, BI Publisher • Experience participating in different life cycle phases such as requirements gathering, design, and development efforts. • Experience working with business to capture requirements and translate them into Functional Spec considering PeopleSoft best practices. • Experience working with functional business users to define the requirements and translate those requirements into technical solutions.
