*Position : Sr Project Manager* *Location : Wilmington, DE* *Duration : 6+ Months* *Need GC or USC* *Description:* A Senior Project Manager leads complex projects with high visibility within the organization and engages with members of senior leadership teams. In addition, the Senior Project Manager serves as a mentor to junior project managers and provides feedback to the PMO on process effectiveness and areas for improvement *Required:* 2-4 years of experience supporting Credit Risk Projects related to customer acquisition and existing customer management strategies 5 or more years of experience managing Technical projects within a financial services organization Strong project management skillset with the ability to work independently to define new projects and self-solve for project delivery impediments Demonstrated ability to take accountability for project timelines, deliverables, budget, and delivery metrics Ability to provide written and verbal status reports to senior stakeholders that provide transparency and clear escalation requests as needed Manages multiple projects or a single project with a high level of complexity such as cross-department stakeholders, cross-division division stakeholders, or more than one geographic location.
