The candidate must be very strong/sr and must be available to come for a F2F interview – Reston, VA and its for 12+ Months Contract *Job Description* *SENIOR ETL ADMINISTRATOR – AB INITIO* Client has an immediate, contract opportunity for a Senior ETL Administrator to support theimplementation of a Data Integration/Data Warehouse for the Corporate and Informatics Teams of a respected health insurance provider based in Reston, VA. This individual will work as part of the Informatics Team supporting the an On-Demand Operational Reporting Project which aims to improve operational reporting through the EDF This is an exciting 12 month+ engagement with potential for follow-on work supporting a high visibility enterprise modernization effort. All candidates must be eligible for work in the United States without sponsorship and must pass a pre-employment background investigation. *Responsibilities* · All tasks involved in the administration of the Ab Initio tools and ETL. · Focus on the access, server and file system management, licensing, administering metadata hub, Operational Console, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of environmental issues, · Provide guidance for ETL developers on the design and integration of the ETL components and resolving technical and data centric issues · Installation, configuration, and administration of ETL tools · Setup and maintenance of environments created to support projects · Technical Metadata Management in Ab Initio Metadata Hub (MDH) · Working with teams to maintain the data lineage in MDH and resolve data reference issue · MDH customization of new tables and loaders for storing reference data · Management and maintenance of ETL tools’ software releases · Design and develop automated ETL processes · Assist in the design of the ETL application · Assist in de-identification and data masking of data for use by development and testing teams *Job Requirements* *Required Skills* · Candidate must have eight + (8+) years of overall industry experience · Six (6) years’ Experience working with ETL tools with multiple RDBMS (prefer DB2) environments on multiple platforms. · Six (6) years’ Experience ETL Architect/Administrator will support ETL processes and tools. · Four (4) years’ Experience with Advance knowledge of Ab Initio Graphical Development Environment (GDE) · Four (4) years’ Experience with Advance knowledge of Ab Initio Infrastructure · Four (4) years’ Experience with Advance knowledge of Ab Initio Meta Data Hub · Four (4) years’ Experience with Advance knowledge of Ab Initio Operational Console · Four (4) years’ Experience with Advance knowledge of UNIX and SQL Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
