Juniper SRX firewalls& Juniper SSL VPN 2. Microsoft ISA and Cisco WSA proxy 3. Symantec AV 4. RSA Secure ID, Splunk & Qualys Guard. 5. VPN technology –IPSEC · Hands-on experience expected. · Should have good understanding on network technologies - basic level routing, switching · Good knowledge on ITIL process. *Soft skills* · Shall have good verbal/written communication skills · Should have good presentation skills - shall be able to participate the review meetings and be able put across the points of concern · Should have required skillset for managing/tracking progress of operations · Should have capability to conduct risk analysis, impact analysis, dependencies on customer/internal teams, *Non-Technical Responsibilities* · Review and Validate change requests/MOP documents · Coordinate with other team members for availability of capable resources · Ensure quality work - review and validate the technical configuration changes and provide consultative ideas · Coordinate with Security COE resources for resolution of technical issues/problems before escalation to OEM *Technical Responsibilities* · Involves optimizing the infrastructure environment based on industry best practices, availability and performance statistics · Shall provide technical advice to IT Services Team in areas including Network Design and Configuration, Security Considerations. · Highlight the issues/risks in day to day activities · Train BAU team member to enhance their professional skills · Deployment and configuration of devices in the Data Centres · Provide L3 support to the team involved in DC build · DC build, transition and transformation · Support Team Leader to prepare the Project Plan, Risk matrix, other related documents · Ensure that project implementation is completed in defined timelines · Technical Documentation – Technical Design Document, Risk Matrix, Post Installation Document, HOTS (Hand Over To Support) document · Tracking resource utilization, identifying and tracking the lapses, improve project delivery process · 10+ years of relevant experience *Thanks* *navneet* *Sr. Recruiter/Account manager* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
