   - *BPM Pega Engagement Lead/Lead Business Architect*

   Provider Services. We seek a Pega Lead Business Architect with tried and
   proven leadership abilities that goes beyond gathering requirements. This
   candidate will also take ownership of the requirements and apply them by
   working with the product owner to design the business solution and
   implement BPM systems on a large scale. Applying standard practices to the
   solution development process from project definition through operational
   rollout is expected. In this position, success will be defined and measured
   by your ability to be the trusted advisor to the Product Owner on a daily
   basis. You will partner with a Pega Certified Lead System Architect to
   ensure product features are maximized and the solution meets or exceeds
   requirements and within budget.

   Product Owner, 4-6 Business Analysts, IT Delivery Lead and Pega Lead
   System Architect

   *Primary Responsibilities*:
   Provides ownership for all requirement and solution definition artifacts
   throughout the project lifecycle
   Serves as a BPM and Pega leader/mentor on best practices
   Facilitates change and process improvement within software development
   and business organizations
   Facilitates open communication and fact-based decision making
   You will facilitate/lead/participate in identification of solution
   options and features
   You will communicate solution options to business owners/stakeholders
   (e.g. architecture reviews)
   Reviews the work of others, providing guidance, mentoring and support
   Develops innovative approaches to challenging and complex assignments
   Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet
   them
   Serves as a key knowledgeable resource on complex and/or critical issues
   Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions through
   complex conceptual analyses
   Forecasts and plans resource requirements
   You will deliver all project deliverables on scope, on time and on budget
   Lead functional teams or projects
   Motivates and inspires other team members
   Provide strategic thinking, solutions and roadmaps while driving
   enterprise recommendations and ensuring adherence to established standards
   and practices including the development of standards and practices where
   they may not yet exist
   You will use proven communication skills to collaborate with the
   business to understand/influence business requirements
   You will demonstrate understanding of cross-functional/cross-domain
   requirements and impact
   You will maintain knowledge of current and emerging
   technologies/products/trends related to architectural solutions
   You will ensure alignment of solutions with business and IT
   goals/objectives
   You will incorporate software and system architecture (e.g.
   infrastructure, network) into conceptual designs
   You will ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards (e.g.
   solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, capital
   plans)
   You will identify gaps between established standards and proposed
   solutions, and follow the exception/waiver process as needed
   You will maintain awareness of current technology assets and the
   capability of each
   You will understand and adhere to architecture Governance framework
   Research, identify, and recommend industry best practices for solving
   business problems
   Authorizes deviations from standards

   *Required Qualifications:*
   Minimum of 3+ years of Pega and Business Process Management (BPM)
   experience
   Certified Pega Business Architect and/or Certified System Architect
   Minimum of 8 years experience in working with a variety of software
   design and development environments
   Professional Services Client consulting style with a collaborative team
   focus, strong listening, oral and written communication skills to business
   and technical roles including group facilitation
   Experience leading the collaboration of business and IT to evaluate
   business goals, identify business problems and propose solutions
   Proven planning and project management skills expected
   Change management, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness
   skills expected
   Experience supporting high-volume transaction processing systems
   supporting the operational workflows of business partners expected

   *What skills/attributes are a must have?*
   Leadership, organization, problem solving, communication to senior
   management both business & IT, Certified Pega Lead Business Architect is
   desirable.

   Various, however Boston MA. is preferred. may also consider Basking
   Ridge, NJ/ Chicago, Ill and Minnesota
