PA* Must have Python or Ruby, Cloud OR SaaS Core Responsibilities: Partners with Ops and Product stakeholders to develop applications and tools in a business / customer experience driven framework. Bridges applications and tools with databases and interconnected systems through APIs. Creates prototypes in a lean / agile manner in order to influence product direction. Documents development efforts through system design flows, data models, etc Performs complex and routine maintenance tests for designated areas of engineering. Identifies and isolates issues. Leads the integration of projects into operations including instrumentation, automation, standardization, and methods/procedures. Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science 4+ years related experience Experience with Ruby, Python or Go. (Ruby is the sweet spot) Experience with modern development tools: Git, JIRA, etc. Experience with rapid prototyping. Experience with Agile and/or Kanban. Experience with SaaS and cloud-enabled environments a plus. Type of Assignment: Contract for 6 mos, likely to renew another 6 Interview Process: Phone + F2F.
