*MUST BE LOCAL TO GA* Responsibilities: • Partner with and engage in a high level of interaction with the business and project team to define scope, gather and create business requirements for the functional requirements of the project. • Elicit and build requirements using interviews, document analysis, business need statements, use cases, business scenarios, task and workflow analysis and coordinate business sign off. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to understand and document complex business needs, often eliciting hidden requirement and/or clarifying vague or unclear requirements. • Create workflow diagrams to document current and future business environment. • Ensure accuracy of functional requirements/specifications for handoff to development team. • Track progress of projects to ensure alignment to requirements; manages any deviations from requirements, alongside the Project Manager, to ensure resolution. • Acquire the technical knowledge and understanding of the systems and requirements at a very detailed level including an understanding of the data points and sources, system dependencies and interactions. • Create business requirement documentation that is thorough and complete and follows company standards as well as Business Analysis best practices • Work closely with Project Manager for duration of project acting as a conduit between the business teams and the Infrastructure and/or software development team as it relates to business requirement specifications. • Identify and recommend appropriate strategic solutions (applications and workflows), ensuring development is within scope and will address the business needs. • Coordinate ongoing change orders to the business requirements working with the Project Manager on prioritization and impact. • Provide recommendations on potential opportunities for further enhancements and present recommendations to Project Manager. • Engage with Quality Assurance Team by contributing to and reviewing test scenarios / supporting QA team throughout testing life cycles.
