This is for a 6-month project with possible extension. *Requirements Needed – List of Skills/Abilities:* · Strong experience in working with relational databases and backend testing using complex *SQL* queries; · Strong hands on experience with test management tool,* HP ALM/Quality Center;* · Strong experience in developing, documenting and executing effective test cases for testing large complex systems; · Proven skills in analyzing and documenting complex business processes and workflows; · Strong expertise in test planning and test case design methodologies; · Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle processes and development methodologies; · In depth knowledge of the QA testing principles and strategies; · Strong experience in manual testing, developing test plans and writing test cases; · Experience in logging and tracking defects using IBM Rational ClearQuest; · Experience in working with version control systems such as* SVN, VSS or TFS**;* · Ability to work independently as well as in a team, work closely with business, testing and development teams; · Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills; and Exceptional time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
