Resolve any issues that arise from daily log review. · Support and follow the Information Technology incident and change management process – including participating in the daily incident review call and the weekly change management call. · Support and maintain automated data report extracts as well as performing ad-hoc data extracts from LEADS Oracle and/or CAD SQL databases for reporting purposes. · Review and approve all change records affecting the APD servers, firewalls and network. · Maintaining documentation of server and workstation lists allowed to traverse the PIMS firewalls. · Assist in troubleshooting any PIMS network and firewall issues. · Assist in troubleshooting end user Police client application issues in a nation-wide environment. · Support and maintain the following Police applications.
