The main focus will be to support our Digital Jeffco initiative by working with business units to understand and map existing manual or paper business processes and identify replacement automated solutions that can increase efficiency and effectiveness for the business. This position will also play a supporting role to the implementation of our new web solution CivicPlus. This position will be highly visible to leaders and executives within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a seasoned background of performing detailed business analysis as well as be an excellent communicator, display strong teamwork and collaboration skills and be comfortable working with executives.
