*Job Title  :   IPS ERP/SAP Business Process Principal – SAP HR, Time, Labor
and Payroll**
Duration :   6+ Month Contract
Location :   Houston, Texas *

Note : Total IT experience is more then 10+years required...

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Acts as a liaison between IPS development groups and business units for the
development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of current
systems. Evaluates new applications, system requirements, developments in
field of expertise, and evolving business needs to recommend appropriate
solutions and alternatives. Under general direction, is accountable for the
performance and results of a related discipline or sub-group within a
function. Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing
leadership and direction to team members. Participates in the development of
functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and
procedures. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the
completion of an undergraduate degree and 9+ years of experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
3.     Identify, analyze and develop solutions to a set of highly complex
issues for both US domestic and International Payrolls, develop flowcharts,
functional specification documents, configures the system, write
configuration documents, develop test procedures, test documents and
coordinate testing of SAP changes with business owners and QA team ensuring
to follow established change control procedures to move any changes to
different test environments & ultimately to production.
4.     Configures, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and implements
enhancements and break fix solutions to SAP HR/Payroll/Time Management
modules with very complex Payroll Schemas in support of production
activities, SAP enhancement initiatives, Support packs and SAP project
upgrades while maintaining the integrity of a highly complex, customized
labor tracking and billing solution.
5.     Maintain and enhance in house full custom labor accounting solutions
such as 3 Tier Labor, non labor accruals, true up & HR plus, ensuring these
processes meet the needs and mandated requirements from an internal as well
as Government audit perspective for all US and Global Employing Companies.
6.     Create and maintain test scripts and test data necessary for testing
break-fix resolutions, system enhancements and new developments. Perform
unit tests and perform/support integrated and user testing in accordance
with IPS Standards, Policies and Procedures
7.     Configure & maintain a fully custom Hypo-Tax calculation for
international assignees, support all international transfer employees such
as Ex-pats, In-pats, Commuters etc. Analyze & debug complex payroll clusters
with huge retro accounting runs, configure & support garnishments, third
party remittance, and configure bank payment setups while working closely
with FI team on payment methods, house banks etc. Develop & maintain a
complex custom build intermediate bank solution & interface to enable paying
employees in all parts of the world.
8.     Perform other duties as directed
