*Duration: 12+ Months* *Experience (Years): 6-8 yrs.* *Role Description* The IT Service Management (ITSM) Support Analyst provides support for Defect/Enhancements of Halyard’s *Service Now* instance that include: form changes, workflow modification, report creation/modification, script creation/modification, updates of Business Rules/UI Policies, Service Now application investigation, Import Set creation and migration, assisting with version upgrades, etc... These Defects/Enhancements are related to configurations that Halyard has enabled in their Service Now instance and not functional Defects with the Service Now tool.
