Immediately hiring Business Intelligence Developer in Wilmington, DE Position: Business Intelligence Developer Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: 6- 12 months contract
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: BI Application Development Gathers and documents requirements for BI initiatives Designs & Prototypes BI solutions Develops and maintains BI solutions according to best practices. Secures BI applications according to best practices Accounts for the accuracy of the data presented to BI users through the execution of BI validation processes and testing procedures. Troubleshoots and drives successful resolutions to all development related issues Conducts peer reviews of BI applications and ensures recommended changes are made Creates and maintains documentation on BI applications and source extraction applications Proactively tunes BI application and source extraction performance ETL Development and Scheduling: Designs, develops and tests ETL scripts Assists with the planning of the ETL schedule. Assists the BI Administrator with troubleshooting ETL failures Makes recommendations to correct ETL failures.
