The IT department is seeking on temporary consultant to perform business and system analysis of *PUMs*; develop functional specifications, documentation, build and unit test in compliance with standards and procedures, and assist in functional testing of systems to deliver solutions to business users. Critical Key Requirements: Required to have 4+ years prior experience in HCM *(Talent Management a must) * Strong knowledge of MS Project Detailed functional knowledge in one or more modules for PeopleSoft HR Strong written and verbal skills Experience implementing upgrades/implementations Strong analytical and problem solving skills Qualifications Experience & Education: Detailed understanding of, and experience with, *PeopleSoft HCM 9.2* Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint version 2010 or higher Familiarity with Microsoft Project version 2010 or higher Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment; a self-starter Responsibilities: Assist the agency Human Resources office with PeopleSoft functional/support analysis work in: Perform analysis of business processes, business and system requirements and system design for the development and configuration of software applications that support agency business requirements Document As-Is and To-Be process flows for existing and future systems Coordinate and facilitate meetings such as business process reviews, requirements, and various status reports Assist Human Resources in the *PUM upgrade/implementation & support of PeopleSoft HCM HR modules* Work with technical team to resolve development of open items *Please send resume to s...@cncconsulting.com <s...@cncconsulting.com> * *Thanks,Sam CNC Consulting, inc.201-546-3096...@cncconsulting.com <s...@cncconsulting.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
