*SAP FI/CO Sr. Functional Analyst - Team Lead*

*1 Position*

*Location: Orlando FL*

*Corp-to-Corp Bill Rate:*  $55/HR All Inclusive

*What are the three to five primary responsibilities of the position?*

·         FI/CO steady state support which includes analysis,
troubleshooting and resolution of break/fix incidents and review and update
of existing configuration.

·         FI/CO minor enhancement request support which includes analysis of
requirments, documentation of functional & technical specifications,
configuration of solution, testing validation and change management support

·         *Oversight of local and offshore team members to ensure timely
delivery of services and adhereance to contract and SLAs *

·         Interaction with customer for problem solving in Finance areas
including G/L, A/R, A/P, A/M, & SL as well as integration touchpoints and
Finance interfaces/bolt-ons

·         Interaction with customer & team members to identify and resolve
incidents and minor enhancements including prioritization of competing
commitments



*Required Skills*

·         FI/CO steady state support which includes analysis,

*The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: *

   - Qualified candidates must have at least 7-10 years FICO SAP experience
   - Broad base FICO Configuration Experience including implementations and
   production support
   - Delivery experience from an Application and Maintenance perspective
   - 3+ years management experience including offshore/on-shore staffing
   models
   - Team building capability
   - Negotiation skills and capacity to drive win-win outcomes
   - Strong understanding of all aspects of the SAP implementation lifecycle
   and a solid grasp of the ASAP Methodology.
   - Must have a good grasp of project and program management methods and
   tools.
   - Have participated in multiple (at least four to six) successful SAP
   implementations (full life cycle).
   - Strong core consulting skills – communication, organization and
   planning, client facing and interpersonal.
   - A minimum of 3 full life cycle SAP implementations as the lead FICO
   expert.
   - Experienced in scoping, requirements gathering/definition,
   configuration, testing, cutover and support.
   - Designed and developed functional specifications for FICO
   implementations and integrations.
   - Well-developed system problem solving skills having solved complex
   business problems within or across functional areas in SAP.
   - Experienced with the management of customer demands, progress reporting
   and status utilizing a service desk ticketing system such as Remedy Desired
   Skills:
   - Knowledge and experience with Project Systems functionality
   - Direct business experience/knowledge in Finance
   - Some leadership experience in a Big 5 organization is desirable
   - Knowledge ITIL concepts and practices
