Finance Skill Requirements: * Minimum of 7 years SAP FI configuration experience, with specific expertise * FICO consultant with broad knowledge of MM and SD * Multiple global implementation/rollout experience * SAP 4.6C & ECC 6.0 experience * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support * 3+ full cycle implementations including: Scope Definition and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support * Experience with Bank Accounting and inter-company billing preferred * Bachelors Degree in Accounting a plus Functional Skills: * Excellent client interaction skills * Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written) * Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently * General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and supply chain assessment / strategy.
