*Description:* To provide leadership and vision to strengthen HR and Payroll
technology and further leverage the function by applying best practices and
efficient processes. Responsible for direct support, project management and
SAP process improvement in HCM support. Be the SME in HR for future
enhancements and demonstrate ability to guide business through picking the
right process and tool. Lead the IT team to Architect, design, and build the
right solution. Deep expertise in SAP HR Payroll, OM and Benefits. Have a
good understanding of overall SAP HCM functionality to be able to discuss
best practices. Lead the support team to deliver maintenance and production
support.



*Required Skills: *

•             Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science,
Business Administration, or other related field.

•             6 years experience with SAP HCM.

•             8-10 years HR experience with in-depth knowledge of HRIS
applications and HR business processes.

•             Project Management experience

•             Excellent communication skills



*Role and Responsibilities: *

•             Ensure that the systems and automated processes are accurately
and adequately meeting the needs of the HR Department, Shared Services and
Payroll. Perform root-cause analysis of escalated employee issues, identify
trends, and make recommendations and sound decisions regarding resolution.

•             Serve as a liaison between HR, Shared Services, Payroll and IT
departments to review and approve design recommendations to repair system
functionality.

•             Oversee technology projects to ensure quality, timeliness and
proper use of HR information retrieved from systems, reviewing and
prioritizing system maintenance and creating requests for enhanced
functionality.

•             Partner with business owners/product owners to shape the
overall vision and scope of products.  Ensure HRIS project initiatives
support the corporate strategy.

•             Lead and facilitate open-ended requirements discussions with a
variety of audiences: one-on-one interviews, small group discussions,
collaborative workshops, etc. to elicit/uncover requirements, and build
consensus amongst diverse team members in light of differing or competing
viewpoints.

•             Provide tier 2 functional and technical troubleshooting and
analysis support to the HRIS team and system users.   Considered subject
matter expert and reference for HRIS team and extended departments
supporting multiple applications.

•             Communicate and present project updates and issues, as they
arise, to HR and/or Functional management.  Identify project
interrelationships that will affect project decisions and outcomes.

•             Identify and recommend process/customer service improvements,
innovative solutions or alternate methodologies/policy changes while
monitoring and sustaining current systems.

•             Maintain confidentiality relating to private employee data.

•             Maintain and administer system security for HR users and
employee population based on specific level access and approvals.

•             Conduct data audits within HRIS system, research audit
findings, and recommend and implement corrections required for data
integrity.

•             Manage vendor relationships and ongoing communication.
Maintain awareness of HRIS vendor plans and their potential impact on
functionality.

•             Implement data standards, system audits and corrective action
processes to ensure data remains accurate.

•             Manage implementation of solutions with users including all
aspects of process changes, training and user support.

•             Ensure HRIS system setup is compliant with internal business
controls, regulatory requirements, and standard business practices.
