Title : Sr .Business Analyst w/Quality Center. Location : Charlotte, NC Duraiton : 6 months+ Pay Rate : $45 hr corp to corp RESPONSIBILITIES: Partners with business and technology resources to interpret and translate the business requirements into functional requirements and a functional design. Extensive experience in the creation of test plans, system testing, functional testing, regression testing, back-end testing, integration testing, UAT testing and end-to-end testing. Creates and executes detail integration test cases based on functional requirements and the technical design solution. Demonstrates excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills; solid technical and problem solving abilities. Broad understanding of project management and SDLC processes is required. Provide expert SDLC knowledge on assigned tasks, functionality and end to end processes. Provide expert knowledge specific to functional requirements and associated use cases. Negotiates deliverables from initial requirements to final implementation by leading communication between business units, application development, and quality assurance teams. Performs complex analysis and is able to resolve issues. Performs integration testing processes and methodologies to help ensure software adheres to high quality standards, meets customer & CLIENT expectations, wherever applicable. Creates and execute comprehensive test cases. Executes test scripts using SQL and use Quality Center for defect tracking and reporting. Contribute as a high performing member of a large project team where roles and responsibilities are constantly evolving per the demands of a large scale, complex business project. Assimilate a large, complex set of functional requirements and use cases. Investigate and drive to resolution testing issues and defects through facilitation of communication across teams Facilitate clarification and amplification of functional requirements when appropriate to resolve testing issues. Create change request and impact assessment as needed for new business or functional requirements if gaps are discovered as part of the testing process. Supports project and program managers. A ssists with report preparation, time tracking, and other administrative tasks on large-sized projects of varying complexity. Supports day-to-day project management activities (i.e., updating the risks / issues log, tracking defects) Coordinates schedules and meetings and publishes meeting minutes Consolidates status report information and maintains program documentation repository. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Over 7 years of IT project and/or business experience and over 5 years experience as a Sr. Application or Business Analyst.
