Title: OTL(Oracle Financials Time & Labor) Consultant Location: WA, UTAH (GC/Citizens/ EAD's only) Duration: 2 years Position: 2(Functional and Technical) Rate: $DOE Required Skills: * A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or functional field experience. * 6-9 years hands-on experience maintaining, designing, developing, testing, implementing, monitoring and supporting Oracle 11i Applications with some of the following 11i modules: Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Human Resources (HR), HT Self Service, iRecruitment, HR Advanced Benefits, Financials, Purchasing, Order Management, Grants. * Experience interpreting business requirements and documenting business specifications. * Experience working with Oracle Workflows, Alerts, and Oracle Approvals Manager. * Working knowledge of version control systems like CSS, subversion. * Advanced working knowledge of development environment including Oracle Developer and E-Developer Suites, SQL*Plus, TOAD, Oracle Developer Suite. * Working knowledge of Oracle 11i Interfaces. * Demonstrated use of advanced Oracle PL/SQL. * Working knowledge of XML Publisher and/or Oracle reports. * Experience with Unix/Linux operating kernel and familiarization with scripting language. * Experience with Oracle 11G database concepts. * Knowledge of software life-cycles. * Experience with Oracle workflows, Fast Formulas, Alerts or Oracle Approvals Manager. * Working knowledge of Microsoft windows tools including VISIO. * Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to interact effectively with internal and external clients, peers, management and cross-functional areas, to clearly and concisely communicate (written and oral) technical information to non-technical audience, and to create technical documentation. * Ability to manage time effectively, to meet schedules and deadlines, to work under time pressure, to multi-task, to plan, organize and prioritize work assignments, and to pay close attention to detail. * Ability to rapidly learn new software and maintain competency with developing technologies. * Ability to identify design alternatives that will implement a solution from a specific analysis model. * Ability to estimate time needed for software development.
