Experience supporting complex directory service environments on a global scale; ability to work with globally distributed and cross functional teams 3. Familiar with company acquisitions and the integration of services dependent on centralized Directory Services 4. Must be able to work collectively with a team to ensure stable operation of company’s Directory Services environment. Team is responsible for architecture, engineering, maintenance and support of directory services and those applications that utilize them 5. Monitor Directory Services environments including Sun Java System Directory Services and Open LDAP 6. Experience installing and configuring Directory Server instances in replicated environments 7. Understanding and implementation of disaster recovery procedures 8. Successfully troubleshoot issues in a distributed system and provide resolutions for any and all problems assigned 9. Root Cause analysis; work with other teams and staff to identify root cause of problems and make recommendations on how to stop repeat issues 10. Well versed with SLAMD tool to run performance testing jobs. Ability to write custom SLAMD jobs if needed 11. Well-versed in Directory Server tuning and capacity management 12. Good shell/Perl programming skills for data manipulation utilizing LDAP APIs 13. Must be able to use LDAP command line tools (ldapsearch, ldapmodify, etc) 14. Well-versed in LDIF 15. Solid understanding of LDAP schema and customizations 16. Unix/Linux experience on physical or virtual systems required 17. Understanding of PCI/SOX and other compliance requirements is helpful 18. Experience with Sun Identity and Access Manager is helpful 19. Experience with OS level LDAP central authentication helpful 20. Open LDAP experience helpful 21. Excellent communication skills [verbal and written] 22. Rotating on-call duties as assigned *Position 2* *Tilte: Progress Developers *Duration: 6 months Location: Framingham, MA *Job description -* - These Progress Contractors will join the Contract IS Customer & Contract Systems (CCS) team to provide development and support of the Staples SMARTool and Customer Set-up applications – applications are written in Progress ABL language. - Development environments include the Unix and AS400/iSeries platforms utilizing the OpenEdge GUI development framework and client/server architecture. - Work on large, complex development projects, defined and developed in concert with business unit representatives - Assess requirements, create design artifacts, develop modules, conduct technical design reviews and code reviews, identify and resolve key technical issues within the product/project - Work with Solutions Architect and various teams to understand business objectives, and drive implementation of technical solutions - Support best practices and standards and ensure compliance technically and from a process standpoint before implementing - Work with PMO, development, QM and infrastructure teams in creation and execution of plans, and assist in end-to-end implementation integration, testing and post-install support as needed.
