*Job Title: Oracle Application Functional Location: Milwaukee, WI Duration: 6+ months contract* Oracle Application Functional Analyst Required Minimum 2 - 7 Years of Oracle Application Functional Experience in 11i and R12 for the below 5 positions : 1. iProcurement, Purchasing and Accounts Payables (Experience in eBTax is preferred). 2. Inventory and Order Management(Experience in Accounts Receivables is Preferred). 3. Project Accounting (Costing and Billing) and Service Contracts(Experience in Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and Field Service is Preferred). 4. Field Service, Accounts Receivables(Experience in Order Management, eBTax is Preferred). 5. General Ledger, Cash Management with the minimum functional knowledge in Project Accounting(Experience in eBTax and All Subledgers is Preferred). Should have atleast 1 full life cycle implementations within Oracle R12 Financial Implementations. Responsibility Includes: 1. Perform Requirement Analysis. 2. Perform Gap Analysis 3. Perform Application setup for various Oracle Application Modules. 4. Document all the Setups being done (BF16). 5. Translate high level business requirements (BR100) created by Solution Architect Team into Functional Specification (MD50) for development team on any customization, enhancements using AIM methodology and also required to document User Manuals when required. 6. Learn, document and analyze the current business processes. 7. Resolve functional issues and/or provide the recommendations where design changes would be the better solution for any issues. 8. Participate in the development, integration testing and deployment of enterprise solutions. 9. Should have better understanding and also follow SOX Compliance. 10.Possess excellent communication skills.
