This particular team is focused on the reporting and analytics portion of the work effort. This individual would lead the reporting and analytics work for the EDW, consisting of managing 2-3 resources at a minimum. This individual would lead the reporting and analytics work for the EDW. Managing 2-3 resources (minimum); on and off shore. Skills Required: Deep reporting expertise with Cognos; 7+ years required. Team lead experience, off shore resource coordination experience; 2 + years required. Full SDLC experience especially requirements analysis. Daily interaction with challenging, senior level clients. Ability to organize reporting efforts. Very strong verbal and written communication skills. Insurance experience is needed.
