Requirement – 1:

We need Project Manager with strong experience in Peoplesoft as
Functional Consultant.

Job Requirement:

In addition to Project Management it is expected that this individual
have functional experience with PeopleSoft as a functional analyst
Relevant PeopleSoft experience is limited to version 8.9 and
greater.
Specific interest in candidates with PS 9.1 experience and experience
with any of the following modules: Profile Management, Performance
Management and Succession Planning.
The ideal candidate can manage an initiative or work stream of the
project, provide functional PeopleSoft 9.1 expertise and validate
technical development meets functional requirements.
We will consider candidates who have only been in a lead role and may
be lacking on the Project Management skill requirement but will not
consider candidates who do not have any direct PeopleSoft 8.9, 9 or
9.1 experience in the Talent Modules mentioned above.

Total Experience Required           9 - 10Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability
of complex and cross-functional project oriented work efforts.
Manages multiple projects simultaneously. Establishes and implements
project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to
ensure project success.
Majority, but not all, projects will be related to the PeopleSoft 8.9
to 9.1 upgrade.
In addition to Project Management it is expected that this individual
be hands on with PeopleSoft and be able to directly test PeopleSoft
development comparing requirements to the application.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
Administration, or other related field. Project Management certificate
may be required. Typically has 7 to 10 years of IT work experience,
including 4 or more years managing projects and requires prior
management, supervisory, or team leader experience.

Requirement – 2:

We need Application Development Specialist – Peoplesoft with 6 to 7
yrs experience.

Job Requirement:

Direct PeopleSoft 9.1 Talent module expertise Strong SQR and
Peoplecode experience. Experience with ESS and MSS customization.
Can code from scratch in addition to update. Must be able to
communicate with functional users and write technical documentation to
support development work.

Total Experience Required           6-7 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

PeopleSoft Developer - Will support the upgrade from PeopleSoft 8.9 to
PeopleSoft 9.1.
Primary responsibilities are building Profile Management and Workforce
Development reports and applying customizations to employee and
manager self service.
Includes PeopleCode, SQR and XML publishers. Will work in partnership
with Systems Analyst. Likely will assist in correcting issues found in
UAT phase of the project.
Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering
computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form
of desired results. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those
programs.
Highly skilled. Competent to work at the highest technical level of
all phases of applications programming activities. This position may
perform systems analysis functions.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline,
typically six or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT
with a minimum of four years experience application program
development, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
PeopleSoft certified

Requirement – 3:

We need Technical Architect – PeopleSoft with 8 to 10 years of
experience.

Job Requirement:

Direct PeopleSoft 9.1 Talent module expertise (PS Admin, Database
Admin), Integration Broker, Execution Architecture SQR and XML report
writing. Must be able to communicate with functional users and write
technical documentation to support development work.

Total Experience Required: 8 - 10 years

SQR and XML report writing.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline,
