*Job title - Project Manager*
Location - MD (Local)
*Description:*
- Performs day‐to‐day management of the project, identifies issues and
risks and recommends possible issue and risk mitigation strategies
associated with the project.
- Is responsible for ensuring that work performed is within scope,
consistent with requirements, and delivered on time and on budget.
- Identifies critical paths, tasks, dates, testing, and acceptance
criteria.
- Provides solutions to improve efficiency (e.g., reduce costs while
maintaining or improving performance levels).
- Monitors issues and provides resolutions for up‐to‐date status
reports.
- Demonstrates excellent writing and oral communications skills.
*Skills:*
- Previous Data Center Project Management experience, with a preference
to large data center consolidation projects. =
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MSProject.
- Ability to work with multi‐functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure to complete projects on time and within
budget.
- Data Center Environmental systems, including HVAC/Electrical and UPS,
Data Center Operations, Spatial Planning, Hot/Cold Aisle Cooling Concepts,
Rack/Blade Technologies
- PMP or other Project Management Certification
