We Need  SAP HCM Compensation Management Consultant with hands on
experience on multiple end to end projects implementing SAP HCM
Compensation Management. Ability to travel 100% and ability to provide
expertise on an SAP Blueprint through go live support. A minimum of eight
years SAP HCM Compensation experience is required. Ability to provide
expertise in the area of SAP HR Compensation Management configuration
throughout each implementation stage. Track progress, propose and maintain
reporting to client management team. Coordinate training and related
documentation requirements with team and provide feedback where appropriate
to ensure quality delivery.



-       Must be available to travel

-       Global implementation experience preferred

-       Minimum of eight years experience with SAP HCM Compensation

-       Experience with 4+ full life cycle implementations in SAP HCM
Enterprise Compensation Management

-       Good understanding of building incentive and stock option plans in
SAP Eligibility Tool

-       Incentive plan and stock option plan configuration experience

-       Understanding of SAP Portal for ECM

-       Current experience with ECC 6.0

-       Experience Leading/Facilitating meetings

-       Strong facilitation skills and strong analytical skills

-       Upgrade experience a plus

-       Bachelor's degree or equivalent
