Required skills:

 

.         Must Have 6+ years of SalesForce Architect experience.

*       Business requirement and process documentation expertise
*       Experience with Salesforce configuration.
*       Experience with SFDC integration & data migration 
*       Experience with Agile methodology.
*       Must have strong analytical, organizational and problem solving
skills
*       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Desired Skills:

 

*       Certifications optional. Equivalent skill-set to
Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Developer/Advanced Developer
*       Familiarity with Apex and Visualforce a strong plus
*       Demonstrated ability to guide a successful Cloud and Force.com
implementations
*       Understanding of key data migration and integration concepts
*       Knowledge of different middleware / ETL vendors a plus
*       Strong understanding of database design and web services concepts

 

Project Details:

 

Our Client is a global corporation with operations worldwide. It designs,
develops, manufactures, and sells commercial electronic test and measurement
instruments for scientific, service, educational, industrial, and government
applications. Candidate will replace an employee who recently resigned.

 

Job Roles / Responsibilities:    

  

*       Ability to analyze and assess business requirements, mapping the
capabilities to the salesforce.com application
*       Ability to provide alternative methods/options for business and
technical requirements, taking into consideration long term maintenance,
ease of use, scalability, security, etc
*       Provide guidance to technical development teams on solution for
complex problems, with the ability to break down the full scope requirements
into discrete, manageable pieces for allocation to sprints in the Agile
approach.
*       Assess trade-offs and suggest best approach for integrations to
external systems
*       Provide user acceptance test plans and assistance during user
testing.
*       Provide environment governance strategy/usage based on available
sandboxes, sprint scheduling, IT/client needs, and understanding of
development teams
*       Develop overall solution documentation, tying various discrete
requirements together into consolidated whole to deliver a complete solution
*       Perform code reviews and implement coding standards / guidelines to
development teams
*       Work with various AppExchange vendors to ensure successful
incorporation of external applications
*       Act as point of contact for all integration/data migration
requirements, to ensure overall view of architecture
