*Title: Project Coordianator/Program Manager Duration: 6 months location: Warren, NJ* Responsibilities: Primary responsibility will be to support the HR /Risk/Legal Portfolio Manager in all day-to day activities related to the HR, Risk, and Legal Portfolio, primarily the Private Bank Risk function. This includes tracking status of updates into the Portfolio Management System, creating metrics and analytics, following up with senior technology managers, and creating weekly and monthly status reports. Drive the successful & timely completion of programs to achieve the business goals, including the identification and resolution of risks and issues which impact program delivery Communicate to all stakeholders (including Senior Management) on a timely basis in a clear way Employ program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery; leverage these across the CTO organization Requirements: Not looking for a “lifer” consultant – someone with 5 – 7 years will be sufficient Track record of direct management and matrix management excellence in project and program assignments. Expertise in technology projects required. Experience in management of large-scale initiatives. Dynamic leader willing to take initiative and able to manage multiple projects. Primarily, the individual needs strong skills in relationship building and management, program management/planning, presentations and communication. The individual should have highly proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and MS project, and have the ability to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced, environment, take initiative/ownership and take on various assignments/roles. Desired: Experience in Private Bank Risk / Investment Products Risk preferred.
