Will be responsible to work with the dev team to understand the scope, design and implementation of the modules and help prepare the Prod Support team for the support takeover in future. . Will be responsible for regular interaction with the Prod Support team to ensure continuous flow of information from the development team to Production support team.. . Will get info from the Prod Support team and offer insights into the various challenges as part of the upcoming design and implementations to the development team . Will be responsible to work with the project manager and the Dev team to document the key deliverables as part of the support takeover in the future. . Will be responsible to identify and call out the known issues and risks to be documented for triaging issues in the future.
