*Project/Program management - PMP certification:*
· Experience in security compliance and PCI compliance.
· End to end project management for more than $10M project.
· Risk identification and mitigation.
· Issue management.
· Change control and management.
· Project financial management and tracking.
· Cost, effort and time Estimation.
· Project plan preparation and tracking.
· Participate in JRD discussions with client.
· Schedule management and tracking.
· Facilitate lockdown calls for Solution Approach and Business
Requirement sessions in coordination with clients if required for
the project.
· Project status tracking and reporting.
*Technical and domain knowledge:*
· Care Assurance and Service Assurance knowledge.
· Knowledge of J2EE, Portal technologies, workflow.
*Communication skills:*
· Must have outstanding and fluent communication skills.
· He would communicate with IT's customer (Customer of customer)
· He/She would present status to VP and Executive Directors.
· Will handle conflict within different teams and vendors.
· Very strong negotiation skills as he/she needs to talk to
different teams and get the resolution on the conflicts.
· Owner for project go no go call.
