*Job Title : Business Analyst Location : Chicago IL Client: Northern Trust Description: 12 Month Contract * *Major Duties* 1. Will work on assignments meant to complete a business analysis effort by following NT SDLC guidelines and working with identified stakeholders. 2. Will work with stakeholders to help identify and understand their needs, concerns, and environment or business in which they work by interviewing and documenting for verification. 3. Manage minor conflicts, issues and changes to requirements in order to ensure stakeholders and the project team that they are in agreement on the solution scope and make sure the requirements are communicated for current and future use. 4. Help to identify and understand the business need, refine and clarify the definition of that need, and help to develop a solution scope that is in line with EDM Program direction. Contribute to the development of the business case. 5. Contribute to the development of solutions which best fits the business need, assist identifying gaps and shortcomings in solutions, and helps to identify necessary work-around or changes to the solution.
